Berwyn Cruise Nites!

Last night I attended Berwyn’s first cruise night of the summer, and it was great!

For my readers outside of the Chicago area, Berwyn is a small western suburb just outside of the city limits.

Many people may recognize the name or local attractions made famous by the TV program Son of Svengoolie and the movie Wayne’s World.

The Car Spindle was briefly shown in Wayne’s World. “It’s like a car-kabob” (since removed)

In it’s 11th year, Berwyn Cruise Nites! is hosted by the Historic Depot District Special Events Committee and highlights the beautiful Depot District.  Its a great way to get out of the house on a Tuesday night, see some great cars, and meet new and interesting people.

While each week has a particular theme, each event is open to all makes, models, and sizes.  Trophies are awarded in 10 categories.

I hope to make it out again this summer, please enjoy the pictures!

Well played sir. Well played.
